This is a responsive piece about conflict that I had great fun painting. It gave me the freedom to express myself in colour, texture, form and style and I found it both very absorbing and liberating at the same time. My use of words was to convey the duality of meaning that words so often seem to have, this along with the choice of colours allowed me to both clash and compliment at the same time. The most surprising thing for me about this piece is the number of women who admire it, ?
