Payment must be received within 7 working days of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued if applicable. The payment will include UK postage, packing, VAT (if applicable) and insurance costs. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order up to and including 7 working days after delivery. all cancellations or returns must be notified in writing within 7 working days. You are responsible for the reasonable care of any artwork and return deliveries including all delivery and insurance costs. I will confirm receipt and condition of any artwork returned before a full refund less any expenses incurred for delivery is made.

 

Preferred method of payment is PayPal  as this is a secure and trusted method of payment. However I will accept  cheques, bankers draft or international money draft for overseas customers.

I abide by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This basically means that all artwork is sold Framed and  subject to availability. I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and any monies paid will be refunded. I will Dispatch all orders within 30 days, To the address submitted  on the checkout form, after full payment has been received and cleared.
